Booking Information

To Book your unit a place at Isle Of Wight Venture then please complete the following.

Complete the booking form, if you have not been sent one in the post then either fill in the details on the 'Add me to the Distribution list' and we will send you a form in the post, likewise send us an email at iow_venture@yahoo.co.uk.

Remember that your place is not booked until we have received payment of a £5 deposit from each venture attending and you  have received confirmation from us that your places are booked.

Last year we nearly had to turn down Ventures due to the overwhelming response, so to avoid disappointment then please try and book early.  (We know how difficult that may be).

As you will appreciate we have to book activities, the camp site, T-Shirts, Badges,  etc and this is hard if we do not know numbers early, and by booking late you might have to miss out on some activities, give us a call if you are concerned.

What Does this money buy you ?

The £5 deposit holds the places for the Ventures attending.

The Final Payment, £40 less £5 deposit = £35 per venture.  Once final payment is received then

It includes your camp site fees including 24 hour access to Toilet / Shower Block
It includes all of your daytime activities
It includes all of your evening activities
It includes any additional prizes / awards that the Management award people
It includes the Isle Of Wight Venture 2002 Badge
It includes you having FUN !

What Doesn't my £40 include ?
It does not include travel to and from the Island.
It does not include your food and Drink for the weekend.
It does not include free travel around the Island during the weekend.

Are there any additional Costs ?
There are no additional costs apart from the following optional cost.

Optional - Each year we have printed IOW Venture T-Shirts with the Logo on the front, these are sold at a bargain price of approx £4.50 (Price still to be confirmed).  There are a limited number but if you know in advance that you would like to purchase one then let us know and we will put one aside for you.  Very Fashionable.
